Hi guys,
I went shopping at costco with some friends and it seems they have recently changed their parking rules to maximum 3 hours free parking, no return within 2 hours.
I am not a member myself so I am not too familiar with the car park rules/ notice.
We had food and did some shopping in the store which we got receipts to prove.
I am aware that 'my charge' is valid, however I feel at 60quid, it is rather steep ( I was a genuine customer and we all genuinely spent 4 hours in there). I have got in touch with store manager- however no reply yet.
if I apply using the template in the newbie thread- would that be good enough?
thanks a lot

yes, complain to the store manager or the CEO , with proof of patronage, that is your best option, kill it off at source
use the blue text appeal before day 28 following the NTK, if its not cancelled in the meantime, appealing as keeper, no alterations to the template at all
so dont ask, just do (and no blabbing about who was driving)
good luck0
