Will my DRO be revoked?

My DRO is coming to an end in the next few months and there's a very good chance I'll have a full-time, albeit fixed-term job abroad before the 12 months is up.

The role is a 12-month contract with the standard 3 months probation and after tax is about 700 more a month than I currently get.

It's such a good opportunity for my career and I don't want to pass up BUT I would have been working 2 or 3 months by the time DRO ends...which leads to the question of will it be revoked?

My current income is variable up to 700 pcm, however some months I've earned just under 400. Over the last 9 months my total income is 4500. Would the OR look at this income as an average over the year, taking into consideration any set up costs of just moving to another country?

There's no routine checking with a DRO. It's up to you to notify them of any change of circumstances.

Take the job and give them your new address. It's unlikely you're going to show any surplus in the first couple of months. After the moratorium ends, you're free.
