Quick question, if a RK appeals to a parking company with appeal documents addressed in their name but uses an email belonging to say a family member and the PC raises a popla verification code in the name of the email holder, not the RK who is appealing, can the PC then amend this once the code has been raised on the POPLA system or will they effectively be stuck trying to pursue the email address owner for a parking ticket that has nothing to do with them?

The email address is irrelevant. It could be [email]BIGBOY8inches@gmail. com[/email], or Mickey-Mousehotmail. com.
The NTK will always come by post to the RK's address, but we don't want that to happen which is why NTDs are appealed before they are sent out.
You can use or make up any throwaway email address for this sort of thing. Be creative.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
