Boiler pressure HELP!

My glow worm boiler needs the pressure increased but I have no taps to do this, I found a tap underneath the boiler just above the floor that looks like the filling loop but when I turn it water comes out? Please help I’m so cold!! Lol

It's an easy job for the consumer to top-up the pressure themselves. We just need to know what model of boiler it is so we can correctly identify the filling loop process.
