New build: home movers scheme

Hi All,
Husband and I are looking to buy a new build but haven’t yet gone on the market with our home (we’ve just had a valuation with our local agent for £350k).
We have our eye on a plot and we’ve been offered ‘home movers scheme’ by the builder which I understand is very similar to the assisted move/ easy mover scehemes from other de elopes, where they get 2 valuations, we all agree a sale price and the builder pays the estate agent fees.
We live in a very popular area currently and I can’t imagine we’ll ever have a problem selling our home but I’m concerned with easy mover they may want us to put our home on the market at less than fair market value. Anyone have any experiences, good or bad?
