barclaycard inconvenience payment and account closure

Recently got a letter from BC saying that because they had not treated customers fairly who were having repayment issues they were closing my account and offering me £75 as an inconvenience payments. Great news. However I have another account with them which they also treated me similarly with, causing distress: phone calls, letters etc, yet I’ve Heard nothing about this account. I rang them and they said they can’t check but if it’s impacted I will hear from them.
Has anybody else had this experience and how long should I leave it, and if I want to escalate it who would I contact? TIA
