Dear forum users and experts,

I started a new thread with the specifc title as my earlier thread was too generic, and did not know how to edit the title to make it more specific .

We have received a County Court Claim for 'driver observed leaving site whilst vehicle remained parked on site...' offence after series of letters from TPS and the solicitors BWLegal (which we had ignored). The letter is addressed to the Registered keeper. After suggestions from forum users here via another thread I have completed the AOS and now have another 10 days to file my defence. I have gone through hundreds of posts here but have not yet managed to find a similar defence . :oPlease ,please does anyone have any suggestions?Looking forward anxiously to hearing from you.

If this is about the same incident as your earlier thread, then you are best advised to copy your post above on to your existing thread.

No-one is going to search the internet looking for background information.

Having done that, please replace the text in your post above with something like:

    Duplicate thread - please ignore.

    To edit a thread title:
Go into edit on your opening post, then click go advanced, then type what you want in the Title box.

You click on EDIT, Go Advanced, and then you can edit the title but I believe it won't work if using a mobile to view the forum.
