Haggis Bon Bons-help

Options
I noticed that Simon Howie is doing haggis Bon bons and thought they would be a good idea as a starter for Christmas. I then decided I could make my own without bothering to read any recipes!

So today I have bought a mcsween haggis from Costco and looked at recipes and noticed that they all involve deep fat frying :(

Not what I really want to add to the cooker top on Christmas Day!

Do any of you know if I could deep fat fry Christmas Eve and just reheat on Christmas Day?

Or do I just get the Simon howie ones if I can throw them in the oven?

Sorry, I'm not much of a cook:o
