Ahhh muppets I did my sums wrong! Forgot to account for loan interest to the end of the year :(

#51 total to pay off should actually be £10,063.11 please.
  • Thanks a silver lining, pleased it's not just me. I'm stuck on sick pay so no way to earn more. I've been doing surveys, selling and cash back but all that cash is going into my sealed pot. I do have a stamp duty refund abd tax return due, so hoping to squirrel sine of those away. Good luck X

I would love to join this group. I am starting with £32,197.54 in credit card debt. I'm going to ignore my mortgage for now. I want to reduce this balance by £10,000 in by the end of December!

    Thanks,

    Andrew

Dilemma do I pay of smaller ones which would give me a boost or try and reduce the bigger debts to a more manageable amount.

Pay off whichever debts have the highest interest rates first. It will cost you less money in the long run.

I agree ashfan83! Also can you do any balance transfers to 0% deals - Martin was talking about these on his ITV show :money:
