In taken photos of the display on the meter which from what I can tell don’t seem to match up with any of the numbers above

This looks like you are taking your info from the In House Display perhaps in your kitchen. Certainly the cost side may well be wrong as it would be nPower unit rates rather than Ovo.
The reading you need to quote is the one from the meter itself. These can be difficult to read - watch out for the decimal point and ignore any figures afterwards.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

And I’m with OVO my previous supplier was npower
