Not sure where to post this, so hoping someone here can help!
Was looking online at my bank account yesterday & have received a credit payment from Just Giving. I have no idea what this is about or how to find out as I certainly wasn't expecting it. My first instinct was that it is something to with a sponsorship which the charity may not have received, but don't think that is the issue as my most recent payment in October should certainly have gone through.
Has anyone any idea on how I can find out, as I would certainly like the charity to have it, or failing that, give to a small one I am directly involved in?
