Guys - sorry if its already covered, read through so much stuff and cant see it.
Horizon Parking postal notice received for 15 mins over 4 hour max stay in December
I have appealed to Horizon as per the template...
wife's car, we recently got married so have a ton of vouchers to blow at a well known department store on the site - hence the time the driver spent on site
driver also had lunch on site then bumped into relatives later (not seen since wedding) and had a long coffee on site
So... expect I can word the above into a compelling disgust at their practices to MP/Land owner - just wondering, in doing so I will have to give full disclosure on time spent there and driver... is that an issue? (as I know appeal to Horizon)is based around not disclosing driver details).
Many thanks all

Do not name the driver. Have you asked the store to cancel it?
The last time I parked in a Horizon car park I thought that the signs were too high and the T&C too wordy and the font too small. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
