UPVC Window Spraying

My UPVC white window frames are 10 years old.
I live near a main road and they always look dirty
I love the grey window frames everybody seems to be getting these days but my frames dont actually need replacing yet.
I've seen a lot of companies advertising who spray UPVC windows any colour you like.
Has anyone had this done? Does it last? Is it worth the money or is it just a fad?

I’ve had a customer change his mind on the colour of a couple of upvc windows and had them sprayed before we installed them. They looked great when installed but like you say, not sure for how long.0
