Finally Debt Free but hoping to amend default dates on credit report.

Hi everyone!
I am new to this forum and want to start my first post by wishing everyone luck on your debt journeys.
It has taken me several years to finally pay off all of my creditors and I am so happy to report that I now have £0 debt! I have scrimped and saved wherever possible and have also worked many, many overtime shifts to finally pay off my debts and it now feels like a massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
My debt problems started when I started my nurse training and dropped from a £1200 per month salary to a £350 per month NHS bursary. I then took a year out to have a baby so my finances struggled even more. I could just about afford to put food on the table and pay my bills and as a result, have taken quite a hit to my credit report with 8 defaults and 3 CCJ's registered against my name (all ranging between 2013-2017)
6/8 of my defaults are with Lowell Portfolio for Communication Suppliers (Mainly EE, Vodafone and Three) however, I believe some of my default dates to be incorrect as I am pretty sure that some of them should have been registered a lot earlier than they have been.
A typical example after requesting information from Lowell.
Lowell Portfolio (Related to an EE mobile account)
Contract Start Date: 12th May 2014
Last Payment Date: 9th May 2015
Line Disconnected: 11th May 2017
Default Date: 5th July 2017
I am not trying to dispute the actual default because I know I had issues with payments during my Nurse training but I am just concerned that by registering the default 2 years after the last payment, it looks even worse than it already is.
Is there any way that I could look at getting the default date changed closer to the last payment date as I just want to show that I have had no issues with late payments/defaults/CCJ's for almost 2 years (my last issue was in April 2017 - 5 months before qualifying and getting a job as a qualified nurse).
Thanks in advance for your help

You can ask them to amend default dates to be within 6 months of default in each case.0

Thank you for such a quick reply!
Do you mean to amend the default date within 6 months of the last payment?
Also, who would I need to contact to try and arrange this - would it be Lowell or the Communication suppliers?
Thank you0
