Hi All,
I'm writing in regards to a PCN fixed to a windscreen from UK CPS Ltd. The notice is demanding £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. The keeper has not received a notice in the post and from my understand this company cannot use the DVLA to access the data base.
What course of action would you advise for the keeper of the vehicle?
Thanks in advance!b:j

edit your post and remove any hint of who did what
the DRIVER parked on the day and the DRIVER received the pcn on the windscreen
any postal notices came or will come to the KEEPER
now please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and follow the advice for IPC members
the blue text template for the initial appeal applies to ALL pcn,s for that first appeal
they will turn down the initial appeal, after that its the 6 year wait in case court proceedings are taken out0
