I having trouble with swago on the squares that you have to visit a site and active. When I click on the link and the site opens, I've clicked on the swago icon and yes to active but it doesn't mark off the square. What I'm i doing wrong lol

Have you refreshed the page? What device are you using? I used a PC and it worked ok for me, apart from Greenstar, which worked after help from mjm3346.

Hi, yes tried it more than once and refreshing it. Done it on my phone, will try another device when I get home from work

Have you installed the 'swagbutton' on any device?I can only do it on PC as is n ot compatible with my phone or tablet.

Is it the Greenstar one? Mine isnt marking off either

for the greenstar one I did a google search then went on to greenstar front page the banner then popped out on the top righthand side pressed on that and it worked

Mybe it's just not working on my phone, only thing that comes up is the wee bear with a heart but it does let me active it
