I’m having a few issues this morning. Does anyone else have a blank Watch screen? I had videos on the All tab, but when I clicked on one to run, there’s nothing there.

Also, my IP address has been blocked by the MSE website!!!! Although I can still access it by phone, using the same Internet connection, so, although not a techie, I would assume is the same IP address???

On the plus side, I just got 15SB for getting disqualified from a survey -I’ve never had that much before

Have you done a speedtest, or ping test, sounds like connection issues, a reboot may help. I'm no techie either!

PS don't use Watch when you have connection issues, it gets you banned, which is why I'm changing isp!

The first rule of being a techie is to ask have you switched it off and on again. I hadn't, but have now and everything's back to normal. Thank you
