Finally figured it out by opening this link in an incognito window, which actually gave me a new code even though I'd already claimed it. If you copy and paste the link in plain text, as you have now done, then it should open for each individual as intended. If instead you highlight the link and select 'copy link location' it doesn't work because it copies the hidden link which is determined by each individuals cookies!


So go ahead and post the message complete, it should work. I think. I hope.

Okay i have £40.00 credit left in my zeekshop.com balance -
what can i do?! iv'e tried to order a gift card but its still showing payment failed

Any advice would be great! would be pleased if i can redeem this balance!

You could try asking SB to refund you the SB for the cards you bought and now can't use. Send in a support request and see what they say.

looking at that post on Facebook, it would appear they may be willing to do that?

Worth a shot anyway, and its likely to be your only option.

You need to read Trustpilot there are loads of people with the same problems

i have been constantly monitoring trust pilot - there are people in a worse situation than me!
just hoping i get a response from SB now - they usually always get back to me - not sure why i didnt think of this earlier!
