I wonder if this applies only to the marketplace? What about Zeekshop, where you're just buying gift cards at face value? I've been converting all my SB into Zeek Choice, because it's been the best value, and you can then get M&S or Starbucks or whatever, through Zeek. I've got £65 sitting in my wallet there.

Thank you so much for that! Blooming typical though as I've just been trying to get all my ducks in a row to convert rewards from multiple survey sites into Zeek - around £200 worth! Very glad I decided to wait until I had the whole amount and so hadn't redeemed any of it yet.

Hi,
You don't need to have a Facebook account to put in a ticket with Swagbucks.
From the Home Page, scroll to the very bottom and on the right hand side of the page you'll see Contact Us, then Customer Support. You complete the form under Answer for surveys and give the details of the survey, number, swagbucks involved etc. Then they come back to you to confirm the details, you must reply to this email and confirm the details again.
Then, usually, they credit you with the missing Swagbucks.
