So last night I raised yet another ticket with SB about their surveys saying one time but actually being another. I'd clicked on a survey which was supposed to be 3 minutes but once I got past screening the survey provider said it was 25 minutes. I was fed up with this happening, didn't complete the survey and messaged SB instead. The system won't let you complete the form without putting SB amount in so I thought I'd be ridiculous and put 80SB in. I didn't expect to get paid anything... it was just a moan at them. Anyway, they paid me 80SB and sent a standard response of we will let our team know etc.
Just thought I'd let you guys know, it's always worth raising a ticket.

Thank you for the reminder, I'd never managed to do it before, but I saw your message at 3 minutes to 6. I quickly went to the site, found the question, answered it and had 3 sbs. I was amazed, thank you, it was a bit of fun.
