There are far too many surveys not crediting or getting the message along the lines of answers will be reviewed and will be awarded in 10 days - the new ticket process is more detailed and they are not awarding the missing sb. Just keeping sending email asking for more info which is provided to no reply!!

Hi All On a brighter note, I would like to say thankyou. I have been doing SB for a number of years with varying degrees of enthusiasm. This month ( October ) I completed my target every day and had my 31 days bonus for the first time ever. I received 576 points ( woohoo ). it wasnt as hard as I thought, and although I wont be able to do this again for a while I couldnt have done it at all with out the help from everyone on here. THANKYOU

Is anyone having issues submitting a new help request? It keeps saying the Captcha is incorrect but it isn’t, I’ve tried a few times but it keeps saying it

Yes I had trouble a couple of days ago I retried yesterday and it worked.
I think they've changed their format of it as before I could screenshot a game level to show as proof on my ipad, now it says file too big. I got around that by taking a photo on my partner's ipad of the game on my on ipad.

The only error I get is that the captcha is incorrect when it isn’t.
