I crrently have an Instant Survey on offer for 5SB, and I don't know if I'm just being a bit stupid, but I can't complete it. I do get this sometimes with these surveys and wondered if anyone had a solution.


The first question is a long list of which bands you might like to see re-form, but even if I put my screen to full screen the list runs longer than my screen and I can't see the Next button at the bottom, so I have no way of moving on from the question. I can't seem to scroll the screen up in any way either.


Does anyone else find this, and is there an obvious solution I'm just not thinking of?

I have it it on instants a few times on pc, I change the zoom down from 100% till I see the continue button, sometimes appears at 70 % or less

Thank you both, I never thought of the Zoom! I knew there would be an easy solution I just couldn't think of, that's now worked.

I have ordered an e-Mastercard which I have added to my Amazon payment options, using the technique of putting the wrong expiry date in order to avoid having the £1 test payment taken. However, although I received the standard e-mail acknowledging my "order" of a £10 top-up, I have not had the subsequent e-mail saying they couldn't do it because of the card details being wrong - or any other e-mail, for that matter. I have tried the top-up procedure twice, and each time I get the acknowledgement e-mail and nothing else. Has anybody else encountered this problem? I fear that if I give the correct expiry date, and try to top up, I will be back in the trap of only getting £9 for my £10 Mastercard!

Did one a couple of days ago. Got the order email, then nothing. Checked the order and saw it cancelled, so ordered again. Same thing happened, so I altered to the correct date and the order went through without issue.

Ah, thank you! I never thought of looking under Cancelled Orders, but as you say my attempts appear there. So I have now corrected the date and topped up again. Many thanks!

Hi MollyR, I'm not sure if it helps, but the £25 and £50 amazon gift cards are now the same price as the mastercards.

So I received 1SB Bonus SB: Daily Poll first thing in the morning but it wouldn't mark off "Daily Poll" on To Do List.

What do I do now, anyone? :eek:
