TwinMummy - I put in a ticket without the survey number/screenshot and they still credited it. I just put Narnia survey which was obviously enough.

Tbh I never usually bother putting in tickets cos it happens so often! only did it because of the success other FMs on here had had.

I did this one too but never got credited and I didnt take a screen shot so I dont know the survey no. Rookie mistake! :(

Looks like we all got shafted on this one

The survey was #12334115 incase you want to raise a ticket.

And now I've just completed a survey on age and humour only to be told "Not every survey can be a winner."

Well worth putting in that ticket for the Narnia survey. I've just had my 100SBs credited :T Hope everyone else gets theirs too.

    Nice one twin mummy!

While we are on the subject of ticketing........has anyone ever had problems with SHOP not tracking. We booked our 2020 holiday a couple of days ago on TUI and I did it through the swagbucks shop.

Nothing is showing in pending but not sure if it would show straight away?

I wasnt so diligent as with the uncrediting survey. Never thought to do a screensave so have no proof. Was for quite a lot of SBs as well.

    Such is life.

Find all 6 Fun In The Sun Collector’s Bills and you’ll earn a 20 SB Bonus.

How Do I Get Collector’s Bills?

It’s simple. Search the web through the Swagbucks search starting Monday, July 8th at 8AM BST through Monday, July 15th at 7:59AM BST and when you get a search win, you may get a special Collector’s Bill valued at either:

    6 SB
    9 SB
    12 SB
    14 SB
    18 SB
    23 SB

Holiday/travel ones never credit until after the travel, and because swagbucks don't always know when the travel is you usually have to tell them after you've travel and provide evidence of the dates of travel (i.e. booking confirmation).
You could still submit a ticket to say it is now showing as pending but I don't think you'll get the points until after your trip in 2020

Can you see a visit Trip ID number in you shop activity?
Or your browsing history from when you made the visit maybe showing Swagbucks, then Tui?
I had to chase the one I did with Superdrug connected to the 1000 Sb bonus on member recognition, they did want the confirmation emails connected to the visit date etc.
you usually get an email about 24 hours later saying that you have made a purchase, & when the SB will credit, but not sure if holidays work the same way as could be cancelled/changed.

Ive got a trip ID in the visited stores.

I went through swagbucks for our holiday with TUI last year and Im sure it went into pending straight away. Maybe they have changed it.

I guess I could send them a screenshot of holiday confirmation email.

Will give it a few days to see if it shows.

...has anyone ever had problems with SHOP not tracking.

Shop never tracks for me anymore so I never use swagbucks for this. I go through kidstart instead and make money back that way.
