read recent popla rebuttals and start to go through their pack, finding anything that supports your version of events and also anything they dont dispute that helps you
especially check their landowner contract, signage , map of the area etc
because they are saying they are using POFA2012, they must have provided the NTK to the keeper with the correct wording in the correct timescale, so did they ? either they did or they failed , if they failed, then they havent transferred that liabilty from driver to keeper
