App controlled heating

Hello all,

I've had the split boiler replaced with a combi, and the house now has 2 heating zones:
- a radiator loop in the original house
- underfloor heating in the extension, with it's own thermostat

It's quite difficult to get the 2 areas up to equal temperature , especially first thing in the morning, as the programmer is the old Drayton which controlled the heating and hot water. So I've started looking at smart heating control systems, but getting quite confused



Can anyone suggest a simple system to get 'smart' temperature control? I don't need to be able to access it away from home or anything - in fact I'd rather not have that, but is there anything else?
