Anyone else having trouble?

For nearly a week now I've been able to read emails but replying/sending is very hit and miss. Mostly they don't go "Cannot send at this time please try later"

Same happens when trying to save a draft.

Sometimes logging out, clearing history and cache etc seems to help but not always.

When I tried via IE (Yuk!) it worked fine, so I'm getting close to giving up on using Firefox.

The web is full of historic reports of firefox/hotmail problems but nothing recent.

The first rule of diagnosing a Firefox issue is click on the Hamburger (the three vertical lines at the very right of the top bar with the address bar, assuming of course you haven't customised this), go down to Help -> Restart with Add-Ons Disabled.

IF your Hotmail issue then fixes itself an extension is causing the issue, typically things like adblockers.

If this doesn't work the next thing to do is make a new Firefox profile as documented here:

    Tried that but issue remains.

Created a new profile as per your link above.
Logged into hotmail, opened a message, clicked 'forward', enetered address, clicked 'send':
"Couldn't send the following mesage: Fwd (message title).More details."

As usual, clicking 'more details' > "The message can't be sent at the moment. Please try again later."

    Good for you!
And I'm sure many other people do too.
    Just as I used to.

Bu that does not solve the problem of why it does not work for me now!

Issue still not resolved. It comes and goes with no apparent reason why sometimes all is fine and sometimes not.

The new profile makes no difference. Wen it stops working I resort to IE.
