2018 Annual Survey scam FF

I have had the above pop up twice and searched the internet for help how to get rid of it.

I have looked in add ons and extensions and only 2 are there, the y are Avira Browser Safety and are disabled and Avira safesearch plus which is also disabled.

Having read a lot online any ideas how to stop this from popping up again?

Let us, or more importantly everyone else know, how you get on tx

It stated PUP.OPTIONAL with different endings if you know what I mean
so have clicked clean
16 threats pup into quarantine now

Hopefully this will work, I did see PUP.OPTIONAL.Babylon while searching the internet as one to get rid of.

Uninstall Avira. All it does is increase the attack surface for malware to get a hold of your system, by disabling and bypassing Windows' in built security features.
Make sure you are using an adblocker such as ublock origin for your web browser

Yes did uninstall Avira, and son has now been over and doing a full scan, taking hours
