Has anyone got experience with getting a mortgage in Spain? I’ll be moving over permanently before brexit and getting my residency done. I’ll be wanting to buy a house and wondered what deposits are required and the was/complexity if mortgage applications are like in Spain ?

Why? If you have already decided to live in Spain even if the mortgage process doesn't suit you would you return to the UK? If the answer is no then why can't it wait until you live there?0 -
