Boiler timer packed up

Coos evening.
My boiler control timer has just packed up and I was wondering if I buy the same model off the net how do I set it up to communicate with my boiler?
Also can I buy a different timer that has more daily settings than the 4 I currently have?
Thank you so much

    What model boiler ?

    What make/model timer

But yes , new unit will be a straight swap. Sometime it will just pair with the old sender on the boiler , sometimes you have to change both parts.

    But not a hard job.

    Probably a YouTube guide
