Money transfer 0% than balance transfer 0%

I said I'd report back.... I ended up applying for a Santander 0% balance transfer card as it said I could do a direct money transfer to a current account interest and fee free (in their terms and conditions they state that they count this as a balance transfer). However, the only facility on their online banking app for balance transfers is a conventional balance transfer from another credit card. I contacted their customer services team via secure messenger asking how to do a money transfer but they completely misunderstood my question and sent me instructions on how to do a balance transfer. Rather than waste my time ringing them up and figuring it out, I did a money transfer from my Halifax credit card to my Halifax bank account and then balance transfered that to Santander. Looking at my recent transactions, the money transfer was processed by Halifax the day before the balance transfer so I expect to pay a very small amount of interest.

But for anyone who doesn't have a credit card that allows money transfer - take a look at the santander 0% balance transfer card!
