I don't have experience of either but we do have a Miele (all singing all dancing) built-in coffee machine and it was replaced after 26 months as the milk frother stopped after they had repaired it numerous times.
I would therefore say do as much research on reviews as you can, particularly paying attention to anyone who says they have issues with the frother. The issue seems to be that pipework isn't cleaned properly* and a small bit of milk residue left in the pipes can cause issues.
*on the cleaning cycle - not by the user per se.
I haven't looked anywhere other than your links but both say they are no longer available, hopefully you've found them elsewhere.
On first glance those two look to have the same specs, it may just be a cosmetic decision.
I just had a quick look at John Lewis, have you looked at this one?

or this one? (it has 19 bar)

Esam 4200

Lucky for you they are all out of stock.0

I remember reading that the most important thing to look for is a temperature controlled water release that makes the coffee at between 195 and 200 degrees F, Any colder and the coffee does not brew, any hotter burns the oils.
We had a under £100 unit from Lidl which worked well for years.
Those look very expensive so what exactly do you want them to do? If just make normal coffee you do not need all the extras. Plus look at the space they take up on the kitchen worktop.0 -

plenty more to research

I decided the milk frothing ones were going to be too much trouble to keep clean and the 4200 seem the best of the rest at the time.0 -

Bean to cup, no, the grinder will break in a year, it will get fixed and break again only this time it will be out of warranty.
Buy something like this https://www.coffeeitalia.co.uk/rancilio-silvia.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIx5Wtm6-n3wIVCJ7VCh1djwSzEAQYASABEgJG2vD_BwE with a separate grinder and make proper coffee.
Once you get the hang of it you will never look back, nothing better than professional coffee in your own home.0
