My daughter has been working for a company for around six months. There were problems with her salary going in the bank on time in October, but November was fine.
She has now heard unofficially that the company are going into liquidation, and is expecting confirmation when she goes in tomorrow.
Do the company have to pay her the December salary as she has already worked it, where does she go from here?
