  • No I was talking about the VIN number and it's not found under the bonnet it's displayed usually in the windscreen but thank you for your help everyone I will send the response to them today.
  • UPDATE:

Sent this to BW Legal on 14th January, no response from them as of yet, or from Countrywide Parking. One would assume at this stage they have dropped this claim. No voicemails or letters to the address since either or emails asking to contact them.
    Cheers guys.

Perhaps slightly premature, especially when they have 6 years to pursue.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Rather have a CCJ than pay these clowns anyway :j

Nah they were sending letters every 3 days, leaving voicemails daily. Nothing since I sent this. Doesn't matter either way, probably love to see them come to court to enforce a fine against someone when they were only asked to start operating from that day (the day of the fine) and see if a court finds that fair to put signs up and fine who is currently parked in there before signs were up.

Hey, you don't really want a CCJ for 6 years do you

You are dealing with a "Bonnie and Clyde" operation and history does repeat itself

If BWL resume their cr*p then you have the The Administration of Justice Act to enforce ..... via your Trading Standards Officer
