Eon Warm Home Discount question

Hope I’m posting in the right place! I’m a bit confused as I have been lucky enough to receive the Warm Home Discount for the past 3 years but have been declined this time. My circumstances haven’t changed apart from instead of receiving DLA I receive PIP, I work part time from home and receive Working Tax Credits. The form I filled in seemed geared toward Universal Credit but I haven’t been swapped over onto this yet. I’m just wondering if I’m missing something or if the criteria have changed.

If we've rejected your Warm Home Discount application for 2018/19, we'll have sent a letter explaining why we we've done this. For more details please call the number on the letter. This takes you to our Warm Home Discount team and they'll be happy to talk to you about your application.
With applications under the Broader Group, we identify eligible customers based on their receipt of certain benefits. These conditions can change year on year. The above team will be able to let you know the details of any changes that might have affected your application.
