Euro car park fine

Hi all, received a letter from Euro car parks stating that I parked without paying a ticket. The letter has my regards details as a picture going in and out. I didn't realise thst they had taken over the car park and I also parked in a disabled bay and thought it was free as last time I went there it was. They are asking for £100 but if I pay within 14 days it's £50.

2) you do not have a fine - just a speculative invoice.

3) why did you park in a disabled bay?

4) when was the 'last time'? When was it free?

6) send the blue text appeal you'll find there.

7) send it as the keeper.

8) send it unchanged - no additions or alterations necessary.

9) edit you post to remove clues to the driver's identity. Hint: it was the driver who parked.
