I know you can get round the YouTube downloading restrictions but I just want to upload my own video so that family members can download it easily (and legally ). It wouldn't matter if there was a time restriction on how long they would host it. Thanks for reading.

I didn't think of that (I've never used the Cloud). Is it simple to launch from an Android phone? (I have the necessary mobile data allowance required). There's a second, smaller file so will they be able to view that on the same login?0

I tend to use my Dropbox account for doing what you want to, I think there is a 2GB limit but I just delete the files once they've been downloaded to free up space. There are a whole range of other option, if you do a search for "big file transfer" you'll see many of them.0
