    They've emailed me. Where did they get my address? I had a missed call earlier and they've claimed they tried to call me too.
    I've not written to them yet

    Trading Standards Scotland would be good start

    Block them on your phone and send the emails to your spam box.

    Email providers are very good at blocking the domain name such as
    bwlegal.co.uk. By the time it propagates around the world wide email system, their emails will go straight in a spam folder ready to be deleted

    I have the time to write but not sure what to put in it. I'm also going to email my MP and MSPs.
    They text me earlier. Blocked email and phone number now.
