    why would you say zero?

    Because the PPI complaint you made last year was rejected?

    See, now you're drip-feeding us, that does change things, but even so, no one here can answer your original question without all the details, except you now know how the sum of any redress would be calculated. :)
    anyone have any idea how much I should receive?
