I ordered Christmas presents and a new fridge on very.com using their credit facility, part of the reason I felt comfortable making such a big purchase was a banner telling me if I order over £300 I can buy now pay later, giving me 12 months interest and cost free. However they are now expecting a £25 a month minimum payment from us a week later, their customer service was useless, impossible to understand and kept telling us there's nothing they can do and no one else we can talk to. It's ridiculous.

Did you add the BNPL option to your order during the check out process?
Very has a complaints process, which ultimately could end up with the issue going to the FOS.0 -
Just email them tell them you made a mistake and ask them to change it to bnpl, they have done it for me before.
But you will still have to pay delivery fees if any as these are not added to bnpl, or they were not last time I used it.0 -
Hi. They are quite good. I called them and got a reduction on a pair of REPLAY jeans. I am not so sure they can reverse the BNPL. They have live chat, try it.0
