Please can I get some advice on the following.
if the location stated in the POC is e.g. X and my flat and the carpark are located at Y, which is also used in correspondences with landlord.
My question is, do i use the location given in the POC or the one used in my tenancy agreement?

defence has been submitted and decided to go with location stated on claim form. Claim is now showing with status of defence received on MCOL.
