    Last legs! I do not agree with your opinion, particularly since you have not seen my car.

    There is no rust anywhere; gets around 50mpg; is very reliable; comfortable; MOT emission test is very low; Why should i get rid of it and have to spend a few thousand to get something that will have so much more electronic c**p inside that I cannot service it myself.

    Plus, although it is a diesel, it does not have the problem of a DPF.

    So I don't plan to get rid of it.

BUT you cannot claim a £700 repair for an item worth £600. It's as simple as that.
