Glasses Frame Repair

I've bent a pair of glasses and need them repairing, but I don't know who to use. Any ideas?
I used to use Nationwide Frame Repairs for glasses repairs. They are part of Hilco, one of the big global optical suppliers. I know that Nationwide Frame Repairs were the big boys, and where high street opticians offered repairs, what most of them did was just post them off here and slap a markup on it. Nationwide Frame Repairs charged about £22 including postage for the vast majority of repairs.
Unfortunately, Nationwide Frame Repairs are in the process of closing - I sent a pair off to them and it just came straight back from Hilco with a note that they are shutting down.
Can anyone recommend a good glasses frame repairer that they have used, and give an idea of the price you paid and that they fixed for that money?
I've found a few other places on the web, but reviews are mixed, with some saying that they ended up being charged nearly as much as a new pair for some repairs, so I'm really interested in places that you have actually used.

Thanks for your help!
