Which device should I pair speaker to?

I've bought a bluetooth speaker and it is currently charging up via my chromebook.
Once that is done, I have to pair it with a device. When in use, it will only be used in our home, so does it matter whether I pair it from my chromebook, galaxy A5 phone or galaxy A6 tablet.
Once this has been done, will I automatically be able to play via either of the devices?

Whatever it is paired with needs to have the music (or whatever) on it to play but apart from that it doesn't matter. The device & speaker will re-connect each time you switch them on and want to use them. Once paired initially, they should find each other quickly & reconnect automatically0

Yes it matters.
You need to pair it to whatever device(s) the music is on.
If the music is on all three pair it to all three, bearing in mind once it pairs with one it wont relinquish that connection until that device is switched off.
Eg say its paired and playing music from phone and you decide to now play music from tablet. You'll have to switch off bluetooth on the phone first and then switch the tablet on so the speaker pairs with that. You can then switch bluetooth back on the phone.0 -

not ideal probably take forever!
a chromebook is not designed to charge devices
Use a wall charger instead for the device??

It is a 2Boom speaker that cost £9.99 from TKMax.
I've googled every bit of info from leaflet and box and still can't find it, so it is packaged up and tomorrow, it's going back
I will try to get some picks.
