F1rst parking ltd parking fine

15 days ago I was fined for parking in a uni car park by first parking. I have been fined a couple of times and have paid the £60 fine under 14 days, over 14 days it’s £100. However I didn’t pay this time, the university security run the car park facility. Do I actually have to pay this parking fine or not or will they take me to court or reposes etc etc
I have read numerous posts on this topic and especially first parking, I am still unsure on what to do. Normally parking restrictions apply however the barrier was inoperative for a length of time.

You should read the sticky thread for NEWBIES on how to make a two stage appeal against these scammers. It is not a quick read so you will need a brew or two to get through it.
