We want to buy a large piece of wall art from The Range. Local store has 2 in stock, both damaged. Two other branches also have in stock but again damaged.
You cannot order for collection at store. Delivery to home is £9.95 for a £25 item assuming you can pursuade them to send the correct item - there are 2 versions eith the SKU code and they specifically state you cannot order a specific item.
Customer services check their computer and tell you in stock locally without recognizing they are damaged.
Never tried to desl with a company that makes buying something so difficult.

Though we often use the Range this type of store is the sell them cheap and stack them high. If you can't take it away when you see it then I personally wouldn't bother trying to order it.0

Is it this particular item that you can't order to store? My daughter has just picked up an order from our nearest Range store. She arranged it online. They definitely do a click and collect service.0

Unfortunately, item is not available for click & collect.0

Hi, yes I agree. This store, which is really just a rip off of BIG W is rather rubbish. With you mentioning wall art, IKEA have nice items. Also check out very.co.uk/Littlewoods.com
The Range is really quite downmarket.0 -
If this is an item which damages so easily I would rethink buying it all together.Make £10 per day-
June: £100/£3000 -
Local garden centres often have nice artwork too. The range really is very hit and miss!0
