I spoke to a very helpful lady at Customer Relations for Age UK today.
Phone no 03456002466
Had been trying to discover where my offered Amazon card was after 3 & half months.
Within 3 hours Amazon code sent & £60 now on my account. She explained that sometimes these offers don't track correctly but they can issue them manually.
I had been following a previous thread but now can't find it - sorry.
