Tell the scammers again to delete your data as 6 months have passed. Remind them you have already told them to do this and since railway byelaw 14 applies, they must comply, and you will complain to the ICO if they refuse.

If they fail to do so, complain to the ICO. You will have to explain to the ICO that railway byelaws apply so it is now statute barred and therefore the scammers have no right to keep your personal data.
Attach copies of both letters/emails where you instructed the scammers to delete your data, and their response where they deny that the byelaws don't apply, which is a lie.

Whatever else you do, please complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.

    Thank you

So, out of interest, why did Anchor Group say that this doesn't apply the management of the carpark and is in reference to the metro-link and rail service? (it wasnt a metrolink station?!)

Also, could you point me in the direction of a complaint template to the ICO?

Simply, they have got it wrong.

Railway land is not 'relevant land' as defined by POFA.

Railway Byelaw 14 seems to detail parking offences, where can I find information on the 6 month prosecution time limit (beyond this site)

The Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 says they only have 6 months to prosecute offences in the magistrates court.

Not really, as this was never a byelaws penalty.

Why didn't you just win at POPLA, by talking about the Notice to Hirer? Did you come here too late to do that ages ago?

Ignore them. But the case has NOT timed out. It was a contractual charge PCN.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
