Just bought a brand new 1 bed apartment however there are zero carpets (will probably need about 36m2) It's just me and my partner and we would like something soft and luxurious underfoot. An 80% wool carpet cannot be cleaned like a carpet of 100% artificial material,i know that mainly wool carpets used to be hard wearing but even my mate who has been a carpet fitter for over 40years agrees that synthetic carpet meterial is easier to clean/remove stains.
