Bush TV no TV source

Hello

Not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes! I have just moved house and wanted to link up Bush tv to new antenna. First it told me there are no channels and now when I click on the Source button on the remote control the TV has disappeared but it still has DVD, HDMi etc.

Can anyone please help me resolve this please? I would be so grateful.

My TV is DLED32265HDDVDW

Thank you!

It sounds like the TV has failed to find any channels and has therefore removed the "TV" option.

This indicates a probable problem with the aerial or wiring in the new property - or perhaps the connection to the TV has not been properly made.

A lot depends on how strong the tv signal is in your area and whether you have an external or internal aerial.

Are you new to the area or have you moved a short distance. Many factors can affect the strength and quality of the signal including tall buildings, trees or living in a low lying area.
