Hi Have read the Newbies thread and am ‘registering’ myself prior to what may be the next stage. Unfortunately my child was driving and took upon themselves to deal with the problem (bless them) thereby identifying themselves to UKPS (North West) as the driver in the process of appealing. Certain jobs/job opportunities can be seriously affected by a CCJ - the finance industry might be one of them.

He'll be hit by credit paralysis, and any form that might be squeezed out will cost much more.
